This time is available for self motivated and experienced students to use the studio, materials, and tools to work on their own projects, practice techniques, or glaze their work under the supervision of the studio manager. We recommend this for students who have taken at least one wheel or hand-building class and wish to use practice the techniques they have learned. Join us for any 3 hour period during our studio hours to take advantage of this opportunity. You can either pay for studio time each session or sign up for a membership. See our membership section at the bottom of the page for more information. Open studio can not be used for a first time glazing class. Open studio is always first come first serve and studio time can not be reserved. Students using open studio time are only allowed to use tools that they have been taught by one of the studio managers how to use safely.
